More About Pamela

John & Pamela

Hey, I’m Pamela and I appreciate you being interested in who I am.

I am a certified coach.  I did my training with Coach Training Alliance and had the wonderful Ronda Hess as a mentor.

One of my passions is art, and I am an accomplished fine artist.  I paint portraits and figurative work in oil mostly–I love painting beautiful women, children, but also paint many other subjects from still lifes to landscapes.  I have won several awards and participated in many exhibits.  You can visit: to see my work.

Below is a list of some of my educational credentials, although I think probably my two years abroad, one in India and one traveling the world, was probably my most important education!  I often wondered while in India who was learning more, me or my students!

Level 5 Paradigm with Brian Ridgeway, 2012
Vipassana Meditation, Jessup, GA, 2011

Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) Certification, 2008
Coach Training Allicance, Certification, 2005
Field Training, 2002-2004 Philip Golabuk
Law of Attraction Study with Masters, 2002-2005

White Tantric Yoga Studies, 1998-2002
Kundalini Yoga Certification, 1998
MA English Literature, 1993, University of Central Florida
BA English Literature, minor Theater, University of Central Florida, 1987

My first career was in education and spanned about nine years.  I taught English, speech and technical writing at the University of Central Florida and Valencia Community College.  For a few years, I ran a tutoring center, creating and administering student programs, developing curriculum for and taught standardized test preparation courses, and founded an international student organization.  We published a quarterly newsletter written by them (with myself as editor) and held many events on campus.  I also taught for two years at an International Language school at UCF.

I earned my Kundalini Yoga Certification in 1998 and have been teaching yoga ever since.  I currently teach two classes a week and continue to be a student of yoga as well, taking 2-3 classes a week from my best friend and who happens to be not only a Swami but the rock star of yoga here in New Smyrna Beach, Gwen Reader.

I spent a year in India at Miri Piri Academy (an international school) as Academic Director, English teacher, and theatre teacher and director. This was one of the most amazing years of my life.  I was there as a teacher but also felt very much a student on a spiritual quest.  I spent mornings 3-5 at the Golden Temple and did hours of meditation each day.  Talk about life changing.  Every mask I ever had was not just dropped but shredded as I began to see my soul as love and light and understand my purpose on the planet.

I lived abroad for another year after India, traveling to France, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Turkey, Greece, Israel and Egypt.  Taught English in Krakow, Poland.

Back in the U.S., I founded Edgewater Yoga & Arts in the Orlando, Florida, community of College Park to bring art, music, dance, theater and yoga together.  Besides running the place, I taught Yoga, Authentic Movement, and Sacred Sex courses for couples.

In an attempt to focus more on my love of Relationship and Law of Attraction work and women’s healing, I founded Empowering Love and Empowering the Goddess.  That’s when I began teaching several levels of Law of Attraction training, running women’s empowerment courses, and designing and facilitating Transformation Retreats.

It is my life’s greatest passion to help people, people just like you, heal their hearts, transform their thinking and reality to manifest the love that they have always dreamed of having.  I hope to have the opportunity to work with you.
